"Highly recommend Mo at Japex Motors. Bought my 2019 4wd import hiace from him 6 months ago and have put nearly 10,000k’s on it since, almost half of that driving it back home to WA and it hasn’t skipped a beat. Was nervous buying a car sight unseen at first but it ticked all the boxes and Mo was great to deal with which gave me confidence buying from him. Upon returning to WA and getting it registered here there was a minor issue with the paperwork which meant I ended up paying a couple hundred $ more than I should have. I advised Mo of the issue and he straight away got it sorted out and offered to cover the extra cost without hesitation. It’s service like that and doing the right thing which seperates the good businesses from the great ones.
